With over 15 years of experience in Canadian and British public and non-profit institutions, my communication coaching is grounded in real-world practice. My career has spanned strategic leadership, programme management, social research, and advocacy.
I don’t just teach vocabulary. I teach the unwritten rules and specific communication strategies you need to deliver your message accurately.

Why I started WorkIt!
Many second-language English-speaking professionals have excellent technical skills but struggle to translate their knowledge and expertise into confident English.
This gap can hold back great ideas, cause unnecessary insecurity, and create an ‘invisible ceiling’ for career growth. It often serves as a barrier for talented people aspiring to enter English-speaking institutions.
