Why I started WorkIt!
It’s hard to communicate in a language that you don’t feel fluent in. When you have to do that in a professional setting, it’s even more challenging!
This language gap can hold back great ideas, cause unnecessary insecurity, and create an ‘invisible ceiling’ for career growth. It often serves as a barrier for talented people aspiring to enter English-speaking institutions.
